More About Whist Restaurant
Whist Restaurant is located within the Viceroy Hotel. The exquisitely furnished hotel decor in the main lobby where this restaurant begins is a very romantic and soothing environment to dine with friends. The style here is Mediterranean cuisine with local and international fresh produce. Whist serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast menu is full and varied. Until 11am you may have anything from cereal and granola to french toast and eggs florentine. Wash it all down with coffee, mimosas, fresh juices and smoothies. For dinner the environment is much more quiet and elegant. The entrees for the evening include roasted Niman Ranch pork chop and a delicious roasted black sea bass in a lobster-coconut broth.
