Broadway Art Space to Host Second Women Make the World Go Round Art Exhibit

The exhibit feature works form female artists from a variety of background and art forms.

Broadway Art Space will present the second edition of Women Make The World Go Round - LA, a mixed art exhibition featuring women artists from a variety of backgrounds and art forms Friday.

"Our first event last spring was a big hit," said Tatiana Botton, artist and founder of WMTWGR. "We are planning an exciting evening once again and we hope to provide a surprising and new experience for art lovers and collectors of all levels." 

The exhibit will be held in Santa Monica for one night only and will showcase photography, drawing, ceramics, collage, painting and sculpture. The artists presenting their works will range from newcomers to established names and include: Simone Alexandrino, Shawna Ankenbrandt, Lisa Bartleson, Tatiana Botton, Mitra Fabian, Lia Halloran, Sharon Johnson-Tennant, Maria Kolligian, Kim McDonald, Alisha Olson, Catherine Opie, Jen Rosenstein, Karrie Ross, Nike Schroder, Gay Summer Rick, Moye Thompson, Christine Weir, and Valerie Wilcox.

The evening will kick off with a VIP preview and reception at 5:30 p.m. for donors of Heal The Bay and will open to the public from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
