Target Offers Free Mother’s Day Makeovers from Beauty Experts at Santa Monica Pier
Target is celebrating Mother’s Day this Sunday May 13 from 11 am – 5 pm with FREE mini-makeovers and hairstyling tips and tricks from celebrity makeup artist Petra Strand and master hairstylist Umberto Savone at the Santa Monica Pier. Target will also be giving away gift bags and coupons to consumers attending the event.
