Adams "Museum Set" Viewing and Fine Art Photography Sale
A rare viewing of 20+ selected images such as "Surf Sequence" and "Tetons and Snake River, 1942" from Signature Group Holdings signed Ansel Adams "Museum Set". In addition, on-sale works by Eliot Porter, Yosef Karsh, Christopher Burkett, Jody Forster, William Henry Jackson, Frank Jay Haynes, Robert Glenn Ketchum.
Signature Group Holdings artworks collection is comprised of investment grade photographs on sale to individual collectors and buyers. The collection was acquired by Signature through Fremont General Corporation, with the origins of the collection going back to 1970. The collection was once the largest private Adams collection in the world, and also included artists such as Cartier-Bresson and Brett Weston. The majority of the Adams collection was sold at auction at Christies in 2008.
