The Buy Local Expo will feature over 80 local merchants, free samples, demonstrations, tastings from the very best of our local restaurants and two stages of free fun at the Third Street Promenade and across the city.
Performances and classes on the WholeFoods Stage at Wilshire and the Santa Monica Place Stage at Broadway will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and include martial arts, ballroom dance, fencing, fitness, Zumba and musical acts.
The mayor, along with business and city officials will declare it official Buy Local Weekend on the Whole Foods Stage at Wilshire at 3:45 p.m. Grand Prize raffle tickets will be pulled directly following.

Get "caught with your receipt showing" to be entered into a raffle for some great Santa Monica prizes - bring your receipt from any purchase on that day for your free raffle ticket to one of our locations from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at both Expo stages and the Edgemar Center on Main Street. Raffle prizes will be announced at the Expo stages, and the Grand Prizes will be announced from the Whole Foods Stage at Wilshire at 3:45 p.m. (need not be present to win).
