Slow Food Los Angeles- Documentaries

The Aero Theater premieres a film series on food, farms and farmers, hosted by Lisa Lucas, chairperson of SlowFood LA. There will also be a Panel discussion moderated by Lisa Lucas after the films.

The two films that will be featured at the first event are:

Big River: Two farmers return to Iowa to get a sobering look at how their own farming practices may have contributed to unseen but significant effects in the surrounding communities. The film is 30 minutes long.
