Community Update

We had used this company twice without incident, and so felt confident asking them to repair a chandelier. They said they could repair it and charged us over $1,000.00. When we picked it up, the job was so terribly done; the arm had been welded and looked dark and lumpy, like an ugly patch. We told one of the employees that we were unhappy, and he said that it hadn't been worth repairing in the first place. When we asked him why we hadn't been advised of that, he simply said that we hadn't asked!! After this conversation with the employee, it was difficult to get a hold of the owner (who would never return my calls), and when I finally did he was childish and rude and told me I was lying about the comments his employee had made. He said that he wouldn't give us any money back, and that it had cost a lot to fix the chandelier because he had to buy a special part. When I asked him what part needed to be purchased, he replied, "That's none of your business!" ****Please read all of the reviews on this business- this company is not trustworthy. Do not give them your business!****
