Bristol Farms Readies to Open Santa Monica Store

The gourmet grocery store Bristol Farms will open a store in Santa Monica in mid-summer.

Bristol Farms is moving into Santa Monica this summer.

The grocery retailer known for its gourmet, organic products officially announced Thursday that it will be opening its newest store at 3105 Wilshire Blvd. in mid-summer.

"Our new Santa Monica location will be the perfect addition to the Bristol Farms family of stores. The store site is a former grocery store location that was closed in late 2012," said Kevin Davis, President and CEO of Bristol Farms. "The extraordinary neighborhood and surrounding community will be an exceptional fit for a high quality fresh food store like Bristol Farms."

Davis said the fresh food product mix will be unique to the area, and he hopes the Wilshire location will fulfill a need that the Santa Monica community is hungry for.

"Our new Santa Monica Store will feature an all new décor package that celebrates and highlights the spirit and passion of the Santa Monica community in a fun and exciting manner," Davis said. "We want to be Santa Monica’s every day, locally grown, community driven, ultra-fresh food store."

Great asset to Santa Monica. The area around the new store, reflects the purchasing power of it's customers. They can certainly afford to shop here.
