Why go: Celebrate the start of summer with this six-hour, music filled event featuring 16 live bands.
Pricing: Free

Where/When: ; 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday
Why go: The event returns with the band Relish. Enjoy live music, wine, local beer and chef tastings in a beautiful beachfront setting.
Pricing: $45 in advance or $55 at the door

• FOR YOUR EYES

EXHIBITIONS AT DNJ GALLERY
Where/When: dnj Gallery, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays until July 21
Why go: Head into the Main Gallery for “By the Sea” by Californian artist Dale Johnson and then stop into Gallery II for Dan Shepard’s “Blinded by Science” for incredible photographs of Central Park’s exciting specimens.

• FOR ALL OF YOUR SENSES

Where/When: ; Saturday (doors open at 5 p.m., music starts at 7 p.m., film rolls at 8:30 p.m.)
Why go: Kick off the summer with this Open Air Society’s Eat/See/Hear event. There will be outdoor movies (in this case, a classic), food trucks, live music, and a 52-foot wide outdoor screen. These Eat/See/Hear events go until Sept. 15 all around Los Angeles!
Pricing: $10 general; $20 VIP pass

• FOR YOUR WARDROBE

Where/When: , noon to 2 p.m.
Why go: Purchase a blank key and chain and Giving Keys staff will be available in-store to hand engrave onto it an inspiring word of your choice. Each custom necklace helps to employ the homeless.
