New Seasons 52 Restaurant on Hiring Spree

The grill and wine bar will open March 28 at Broadway and Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica.

Ahead of its Santa Monica debut later this month, Seasons 52, the national chain of grill and wine bars, is looking to fill 100 service positions.

The restaurant is opening March 28 at 120 Broadway, at Broadway and Ocean Avenue in downtown, with a piano bar, three private dining rooms and an "exclusive" chef's table. A spokeswoman said the company is hiring 100 bartenders, servers, hosts, and prep and line cooks.

Seasons 52 is owned by Darden Restaurants, Inc., the company that also owns Red Lobster and Olive Garden. All items on its menu—salads, flat breads, fish tacos, lamb chops, filet mignon—are said to be under 475 calories.
