Santa Monica-Based Real Estate Firm Acquires Building for New HQ

Industry Partners, a Santa Monica-based real estate services firm, has acquired a 5,000-square-foot industrial building and adjacent vacant lot for its new headquarters in the media district.

The company paid $3.85 million to Hammer Plumbing to obtain the property, which is located on Euclid Street. Future plans call for 40,000-square-foot creative office building on Euclid Street, as part of a multimillon-dollar renovation.

Industry Partners has a particular expertise in identifying and re-imagining obsolete industrial and commercial office properties for use in West Los Angeles.

The move was prompted by the potential the firm recognized in the underutilized Euclid property.
