Tax Day Protesters Take On Yahoo in Santa Monica
Protesters want to close the 'stock option loophole' that they say is too generous to corporations.
About a dozen protesters organized by MoveOn.org rallied Tuesday—"Tax Day"— outside the Yahoo Center at 2501 Colorado Ave. The protesters accuse Yahoo, among other corporations, of taking advantage of the so-called stock option loophole.
