Welcome to your rundown of romantic Valentine's Day events happening in Santa Monica.

Greetings, and a happy Valentine's Day to you all.

In case you missed us this weekend, here's a quick review of what we wrote about: Samohi's prized pianist Steven Gordon gracing various events related to the Grammys; the City Council's Sunday retreat; and reasonably priced places where you can get your dog groomed.

We also presented last week in photo form and, on a much more tragic note, two news reports pertaining to the fatal car accident that took place on Wilshire Blvd. on Saturday morning.
