Moms Talk: Talking With Your Kids About 9/11
As the 10th anniversary of the tragic day approaches, we want to know how you discuss that day with your children.
Our nation and the world at large are reflecting on the 10th anniversary of 9/11, which is Sunday. Specials about the heroic first-responders, the children born post that tragic day, the making of the Twin Towers memorial as well as footage from the actual day are all planned to be shown on television that day. Some organizations are proposing a national day of community service to mark the day.
We at Patch want to know: How do you and your family intend to mark 9/11? Will you do anything unique? How are you talking with your child about the events of that day? When do you plan on having that discussion?
