Need a Designated Driver to the Rose Bowl?

Santa Monica's Big Blue Bus is headed to the Rose Bowl game and parade Jan. 2 in Pasadena. Tickets start at $40.

For $40, take a ride on the , leaving behind the stresses of traffic and the scramble to find a sober friend on one of Los Angeles' biggest days, the Rose Bowl game and parade.

Buses leave promptly for the parade at 7 a.m. Jan. 2 from the City Hall parking structure and at 10 a.m. for the game.

The 123rd Annual Rose Parade will feature famous floral floats, high-stepping equestrian units and spirited marching bands from throughout the nation. Millions of viewers might also get a glimpse of Santa Monica resident Gail Boyl, who will ride on the Girl Scout’s 100th Anniversary Float.

Following the parade, two of the top teams in the nation, University of Oregon Ducks and the University of Wisconsin Badgers will play for the title of the 98th Rose Bowl, the "Granddaddy of all Bowl Games."

Parade buses return as soon as the parade is over. Parade/Game and game-only Buses return as soon as the game is over. Time of arrival back at the parking structure at City Hall is subject to traffic conditions.

Parade and then game transportation is $75.
