Children's Yoga @ QT Fitness
QT Fitness is proud to introduce LITTLE QT FITNESS children's yoga classes starting Thursday July 11 and every Thursday after from 3:00pm-3:45pm.
Our Little QT Fitness classes introduces yoga through story telling, music, flash cards, poses and breathing exercises. We focus on having fun while learning yoga and keeping our bodies healthy through exercise! We do this is noncompetitive and fun way for kids to build strength and self-esteem.
