Elemental Band Auditions

After nearly 10 years, Elemental Strings is launching our companion program, Elemental Band, for woodwind and brass students in 4th and 5th grade. All the things that have made Elemental Strings special to the Santa Monica – an amazing coaching staff, low student-to-teacher ratio, a close connection with the music programs of the SMMUSD, and inspiring and exciting instruction to young musicians – are coming to band students this fall. 

Students may audition on the following instruments:  Flute, Clarinet, Trombone, Trumpet, Euphonium, Percussion.  Students who are currently taking private lessons may audition on the Alto Saxophone or French Horn. 

Rehearsals will take place on Tuesdays 3:45-5:45 starting October 8 and run through the school year.
