Master Ecailler Christophe Happillon (sort of a sommelier for oysters, he even talks about the “meroir” of different oysters as an analog of “terroir” for wines!) will be here offering the freshest and tastiest oysters the west coast has to offer for you to enjoy with your choice of wine, bubbly or beer. He’ll be serving a variety of oysters with classic accompaniments that you can purchase individually or by the half or full dozen. We’ll be offering a special selection of mineral and citrus packed wines chosen to match the oysters as well as a nice selection of Beer. A good time will be had by all!
