Something For Sandy

As we all know the effects of Superstorm Sandy were devastating.  Almost a month has passed, and there is still a great need for assistance in many areas of NY and NJ who have not even begun to rebuild because they are still in the clean up process. Thousands of people lost their homes, cars, personal belongings, and have no where to go. Their towns were completely devastated. Their local markets, gas stations, hospitals, police departments & fire houses are gone. Their streets have been replaced by sand, piles of boats, cars, houses, downed power lines, and trees. The debris is overwhelming. They have lost everything, and to start from scratch they need money, clothing, blankets, shoes, cleaning supplies, food, and shelter. They need help and they need hope.  Simply, they need your help.

Help us help them find hope this Friday, November 30th at an evening of live music, comedy and raffle prizes at Mi's Westside Comedy Theater in Santa Monica.   The night will kick off at 7:30pm with live acoustic sets followed by the debut of Friends of Felix, an improv comedy show which will start at 9:00pm, followed by the announcement of raffle winners.

Tickets are $10.00 per person & all proceeds will be split evenly amongst three non-profits benefitting residents of the Rockaways, Staten Island, NY and Bayonne, NJ.
