The Los Angeles Children’s theater is proud to presents its newest fairy tale production, Jack and the Giant. Based on the fairy tale classic, they bring this exciting adventure to life with a little modern twist. Sad and Happy take the audience on an adventure as they watch the story unfold. The story starts out as any Jack and the Giant story does, with the poor cow, Drusilla, having to be sold. However, Drusilla is a smart, beautiful and talented cow who is determined to stay with her best friend Jack however possible.

A fun way to start your Saturday or Sunday by coming and
answering questions, and seeing just how far Jack will go, and what Drusilla
will try next. Will Jack sell Drusilla,
for beans? What will happen if Jack
climbs the beanstalk? What will the Giant do?
Who will save the day? Come find out as you watch the exciting adventure
take place before your eyes.
Jack and the Giant will run Saturdays and Sundays at 11 am
from July 12 –August 10 at the LA Little Theater, 12420 Santa Monica Blvd, Los
Angeles, CA 90025. The opening weekend, July 12 & 13, is the special
preview weekend and tickets are only $5!!
All other dates the tickets are $10. Tickets can be purchased online at www.theblackboxtheater.org. You
may also make reservations by calling 310-622-4482 and can pay for your tickets
at the door with cash or check.

Feel free to also sign up for our Arts & Crafts
workshops, Saturdays at 1 pm June 28 – July 26 where we will make crafts
inspired by Jack and the Giant, as well as crafts inspired by past and upcoming
performances such as Pinocchio, Wind in the Willows, and Wizard of Oz. Our Arts & Crafts workshops are only $25
per class per child (tickets not needed for parents), but space is limited so
