I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM. The LEARNING GARDEN's Annual Fourth of July Ice Cream Social, is on Thursday this year. We'll be dishing it out on the patio, between 2pm & 5pm. A $5. donation welcomes you in for our delicious, homemade ice creams & non/dairy ices, plus entry to a FUNderful afternoon of games and relaxation. Those who bring a homemade pie, crumble or a fool (that's a crustless pie!) get a free plant from the greenhouse. We have fig and pomegranate trees, as well as roses in one gallon containers.
The ice cream flavors this year include Carrot Cake, Meyer's Lemon, Chocolate Mint & Vanilla. For those non-dairy screams we have Lemon Basil & Watermelon Mint Ices.To help us make this close to a Zero Waste Event, please bring your own bowl and spoon, if you can.
