Opening Reception - Wall Works: Black Holes

Laurel Broughton, the artist and designer behind Welcome
Projects, transforms everyday objects into new products using doses of
surrealism and surprise. For Wall Works: Black Holes, she collaborated
with over 500 K-12 students to remake blank Tetra Pak milk cartons into artistic
interpretations of black holes and outer space. Together, their artworks comprise
a Milky Way-inspired installation in Bergamot Station’s G-Hallway.
