Robert Thies Plays Shostakovich

Prokofiev Competition winner Robert Thies has been described by the L.A. Times as “a pianist of unerring warm-toned refinement.” Thies and the Chamber Orchestra will present Dmitri Shostakovich’s Second Piano Concerto. The concert concludes with Haydn’s final symphony, the London(No. 104). The Music Guild welcomes a new outreach partner, the Chamber Orchestra of Paul Revere Middle School. They will join us for a performance of John O'Reilly's Autumn Scenes.
