Gardeners have the opportunity to cart away free compost at Santa Monica Public Works: Resource Recovery & Recycling Division. This is a quarterly thank you to residents for their efforts in recycling their yard trimmings. Make sure to bring your own containers, gloves and a shovel. Quantity limited per resdient.
