Crazy Canyon Dirt

The Santa Monica Canyon has always been known as “eclectic”. This Tuesday a guy driving a red Tesla went a little crazy on PCH at the Chautauqua / Entrada intersection. Some people caught in the ensuing traffic jam said it all started with the man getting his cell phone cord from his trunk and started swinging it around like a lasso. It was so weird that it looked like a prank, but it got dangerous when he started running into oncoming traffic, nearly getting rundown by an ambulance! The entire scene caused quite a stir and I happened to get stuck in the jam on Chautauqua. Check out this cell phone video.
