10 reasons to open a BAR in R1 zoned homes North of Wilshire!

It's a good idea to open Bars in residential R1 neighborhoods NORTH of WILSHIRE! Lets look at the advantages....

1. The Bar would be easily accessible to the neighbors.

2. The Streets have PLENTY of parking and they are nice a wide too!

3. Smoking is legal on Residential Lots. And we all know drinkers like to smoke.

4. The lots are big and so the smokers and drinkers will be a greater distance from peoples bedrooms.

5. Our friends with BIG BUCKS will spend their money there and bring their friends with BIG BUCKS.

6. Folks with BIG BUCKS from Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Beverly Hills can all get there without the hassel of going through Downtown Santa Monica. Oh I like this one!

7. Since fewer people live there the noise will ONLY destroy the peace, quiet and enjoyment of a few people. So much better then 500 people in an R3R zone.

8. Because of the AMPLE parking no need Valet. FREE PARKING and EASY... GOOD ONE!

9. Certainly this would benefit the MAJORITY of Santa Monica Residents.

10. This would give visitors a TRUE Complete Santa Monica Experience being in a really nice Residential Neighborhood.

Hey LUCE gives the CC power to do just about anything they want. Moving Business where there is room for them seems reasonable to me.

Wow!!! I think i just solved the overcrowding and parking problems in my R3R neighborhood....

Spread the love out into the areas North of Montana for the BENEFIT of the MAJORITY. Problem solved!

I feel so much better now!
