Armed Bank Robber Gets Away with $4K from U.S. Bank in Santa Monica

Santa Monica Police are searching for the suspect, according to a report in the Santa Monica Mirror.

Police are searching for a bank robbery suspect who got away with about $4,000 in cash Monday from the U.S. Bank at 3302 Pico Blvd. in Santa Monica, according to a story in the Santa Monica Mirror.

The article says the suspect is a white male around 30 years old and wearing a cowboy hat. He reportedly told the teller he had a gun and motioned to his waistband.
