Counseling Availble for Santa Monica College Students
Santa Monica College will resume classes and finals exams on Monday.

Santa Monica college has counselors available Saturday, Sunday and Monday, as it gears up to resume classes and examinations at 7 a.m. Monday, school officials said Saturday.
Counseling services were to be offered at SMC until 3 p.m. Saturday, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, and starting at 7 a.m. Monday, said Santa Monica College Police Chief Albert Vasquez.

Counselors were also available by phone at (866) 315-7370, Vasquez said.
"The campus will reopen Monday at 7 a.m. and all final exams will resume at that time,'' the chief announced.
The school's incident command center can be reached at (310) 434-3500, and it was to remain staffed until 9 p.m. tonight, campus police said.
