The man charged in the stabbings of three sleeping homeless people will be evaluated to determine if he is mentally fit to stand trial.
Courtney Anthony Robinson, 37, is accused of attacking three people in Santa Monica, Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles. In each of the stabbings, a knife was left in the victim and a typed "death warrant" was left behind, signed with a pseudonym Robinson allegedly used.
