Police ID Man Who Fell From Palisades Park
The body of the 36-year-old Santa Monica resident was found Saturday morning.
Police have identified a man who reportedly fell more than 20 feet to his death Saturday morning from as a 36-year-old Santa Monica resident.
Investigators believe the man committed suicide, but will not make an official determination until the results of an autopsy completed earlier this week are made available by the Los Angeles County Coroner, according to Santa Monica Police Sgt. Richard Lewis.
The man's body was found near Pacific Coast Highway. He reportedly fell from the 200 block of Palisades Beach Road at about 9 a.m. after someone from , at 201 Palisades Beach Rd., called police.
