2 Sad experiences for the homeowners. 1st, having to go thru such it's not only devastating but scary.2nd. Finding out that whoever installed your security system was missing a bolt in the think tank! ....why he/she, did not tested the system for its purpose upon installation, so to be able to noticed how ... the height, distance and angles of the camera needed to be adjusted and too, despite of night vision option for a location as such (extremely dark and narrow) they needed assistance from motion lights for full detection so to "actually be able to ID a adult or even a child" ....light motion system should be place just above or below* the camera to "blind & prevent the surprised subject from knowing he /she just was "picture flashed" as most will often look up or down ** when lights activate. (*depending on angle of paths, ** see to install higher lights under eves and lower camera -waist height separate of each other in inconspicuous place, mini size cam with wireless option work best for this) and ironically often the best detergent for homes like these ...are sequence motion lighting. ...you step into the path of first one and the rest ...immediately start lighting up like a Christmas tree..what kind of burglar would want to stay for that show.... people need to have alarms and cameras now days ....no buts about it!!.
