On Sept. 21 at approximately 2:05 p.m., two people were seen loitering around a car near 27th Street
and Village Parkway.
Police officers confronted them and determined their behavior was suspicious after they found out they did not live in the area.
They told police the car belonged to them and
that the vehicle was malfunctioning.
However, when the officers further
questioned them about the problem they were having with their car,
the subjects could not provide a cogent answer as to their vehicle
Further investigation revealed that one subject was in
possession of methamphetamine. He was subsequently arrested for that
violation as well as for loitering on private property. The other subject
was also arrested for loitering on private property.
