The Santa Monica Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Santa Monica City Council about the adoption, amendment or repeal of the Master Plan; approves land subdivisions; and makes recommendations to the City Council about proposed public works projects and the rebuilding of blighted or substandard areas.
The commission meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Wednesday of each month in Council Chambers in City Hall. Special meetings are also called as needed.
