On Monday night, the city council will discuss the first reading of a newly amended bicycle license ordinance in a special meeting that starts at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
The ordinance is drawing some negative feedback from bicyclists who say the new biking-registration measures could be used to target them, and that the public hasn't had enough input in the ordinance.
