Santa Monica Bloom Among Others Visited Israel on a Relationship-Building Mission

The trip was paid for by a local Jewish charity.

Assemblyman Richard Bloom (D-Santa Monica) along with several others local and state elected officials traveled to Israel last week on a trip paid for by a local Jewish charity, reports the Los Angeles Daily News.

The annual trip was paid for by the Jewish Federation Council of Great Los Angeles as part of a relationship-building experience on trade, tech and security issues as well as cultural development, a spokesperson told the Daily News.
