Santa Monica Looking to Recoup Loses from Historic Properties Tax Breaks

Officials in Santa Monica are looking ways to cap the tax breaks historic properties receive and recoup some of those lost revenues, the Santa Monica Lookout reports.

Officials stressed that the proposed $25,000 a year cap is still in early preliminary stages.
