The Space Shuttle era is finally coming to a close sometime in 2011. We will review the history and politics of the shuttle program since the return to flight after the Challenger accident, survey the accomplishments of the program, and discuss what will happen to the surviving shuttles as the end-game finally plays out this year, as well as what comes next for American human spaceflight. $5 ($4 for senior citizens 60+ and children under 12).
