Then it’s CATCH UP TIME.
Let us help you transform your business into the thriving powerhouse it deserves to be by guiding you through the latest industry trends and cost effective tools at your disposal.

Whether you’re a self employed professional or you run a company with 10 employees or less, it’s very easy to get caught up in the day to day operations and ignore the bigger picture. But without taking the time to step back and look at your business from a distance, you can easily get squashed by your competitors.

Technology moves so fast, that often, what worked best 2 years ago is no longer relevant. And while business owners may know deep down, they need to change, they are often bombarded with so much new information, it’s just too overwhelming to look into any of it in detail. That’s where our educational and entertaining workshop comes in.

WORKSHOP BENEFITS

Through guided discussions, visual demonstration and case study evaluation, we’ll teach you how to streamline your business and stay on top of cutting edge innovations. We’ll briefly evaluate your existing company and show you the most important new tools you should be looking at (while cutting out your unnecessary fat).

In just 1 week (two 3 hours sessions), you’ll have a strong working knowledge on the following resources– all of which are user friendly, inexpensive and can save you countless time and energy. Many of them can also be done yourself.

*MARKETING: Social media and social search engines, free directories, blogging, opt-in emails, webinars, public relations, collective buying sites, video servers, SEO tools, screencasting, podcasting, cost effective online and offline advertising, and text marketing

*ACCOUNTING / RAISING MONEY: Bookkeeping, credit card merchant processing solutions, payroll services, crowd funding sitess.

*CREATIVE: Website building, promotional materials, logo creation, stock photos, free web forums

*HUMAN RESOURCES: Virtual Assistants, Hiring Freelancers

*OPERATIONS: Scheduling meetings, shared calendars, drop shipping, customer relational management, complaint boards, hosting, and validation (i.e. BBB)

*OTHER: Virtual phone numbers, competitive analysis tools, online expert services, and Iphone or Android apps – they’re less expensive than you think.

If you you’re not familiar with any of the above, not to worry, that’s what this workshop is here for. We’ll also briefly cover:

*Creating business plans and prospectuses that jump off the page.

*Writing email campaigns that will get results.

*Delegating or automating tasks to free up time.

*Your website – does it say 2007 or 2011? To update it is not as hard as it used to be.

*The numbers and possibly abandoning products or services that no longer contribute to profits.

*Developing an exit strategy so that your company is sellable when it’s time for you to move on.

*Interesting facts. Did you know that a typical open rate on an email is 15%, and on a text, it’s 96%? Did you know a growing number of small businesses now list “blogging” as an additional source of revenue. Did you know that Google advertising had a great return on investment in 2005, but today, in many industries, it may not be worth the investment. (Still, many small business owners have become Google dependent because it’s convenient.) We believe in going places where your competitors are not, and this requires a bit of out of the box thinking with your marketing dollars.

We understand that some small business owners are resistant to reach out for help, but that’s also the reason why many of them fail. Any great company that exists today got that way because of a support system and a team effort. We hope to be part of your team.

By the time this workshop is completed, you’ll no longer feel like you’re falling behind. Instead, you’ll be 100% caught up and armed with the knowledge to revamp your business to whatever level you’d like. The end result is that you’ll save time and be able to focus ON your business instead of IN your business.
