kidsrevolving - Side By Side (Parent/Caretaker + Child 2 years - 5 years)

Take a break and share with your little one as you sneak in some personal bliss. No two classes are the same but all share a common theme of exploring the body, mind and spirit while having lots of fun!!! Participants begin with a breathing warm-up and then experience a series of movement explorations based on themes inspired by cultures from around the world (ie: Amazon Rain Forest, African Safari, Russian Circus, Arctic Polar Bear Island, Mystical Dragon Lair of the East, etc), concluding with a tranquil cool-down segment of guided visualization and scrumptious hand/foot rubs. Enjoy a time-out that builds a strong foundation and motivates family bonding. Natural Juice Snack included. All yoga mats, weekly props, eye pillows and lotions provided.
