Maximum Boot Camp Santa Monica

Maximum Boot Camp kicks off it's latest session on August 29th.  Join us for our 4 week, high intensity, results oriented, fitness boot camp program.  Classes held at 6:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and at 6:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  

Based around M.X.I. Training, which includes Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training, and Plyometrics, Maximum Boot Camp is designed to help clients achieve their goals in as short a time as possible.  All Classes also include 10 Minutes of Intense Core Training!  With over 500 Success Stories in just over 3 1/2 years, this is the place to be for serious results.

Mike Vaccarella is the head trainer of the Santa Monica location.  Mike is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. While earning a Bachelors of Science from the Penn State University, Mike trained with the Penn State Boxing Team. Mike has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. From basketball and track & field to rock climbing and trail running. Mike’s trainees include competitive athletes, elite law enforcement and military units, and people with the drive and dedication to live a healthy lifestyle.
