Come and experience a complete mind-body workout! Naam Yoga® BEACH WEEKEND classes are uplifting, invigorating, and FUN!. Working with the breath, movement, mudras, and mantra, we bring the body, soul, and mind into harmony and balance.
BEACH WEEKENDS feature Naam Yoga® classes overlooking the ocean, are free of charge, ongoing, and available to all. Expect to leave with a radiant glow that is the trademark of every Naam Yoga® class.
- Friday: 4:30 - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 - 11:30 AM
- Sunday: 10:30 - 11:30 AM

Where: Palisades Park, on the grass overlooking the beach at Idaho and Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica.
This week's Naam Yoga® Beach Weekend will also be dedicated to local and global community healing and support. We will be sharing a very special group healing meditation for Japan, our earth and humanity as part of our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday classes in Santa Monica.
**Beach classes are weather permitting. In the case of rain during scheduled class times, classes will be cancelled.**
