Runners hoping to get some extra miles in before the 2014 ASICS La Marathon can now sign up for six months of guided training with LA Roadrunners.
The $250 package also includes entry for the March 9, 2014 event. The normal price for the LA Roadrunners program is $150, and serves a wide range of people from beginners, walkers, and run-walkers to the running elite, according to organizers.
Weekly group training runs by experience pace leaders will begin Sept. 7, and will include a training manual, calendar, weekly guest speakers and nutrition advice.
