Barnes & Noble offers a massive selection of books at its downtown Santa Monica location. With two levels, and shelves stocked from floor to ceiling, it has something for everyone. This branch of the national chain features fiction and nonfiction, books on art and science and everything in between. The employees are congenial and the bookstore also offers audio books, sheet music and children's books, along with music and a small coffee shop. Free parking is just around the corner or metered is along the north side of the store. Online shopping is available too.
