Monsieur Marcel

Monsieur Marcel is a small, outdoor French bistro located in the center of the 3rd Street Promenade in downtown Santa Monica. It serves fine French cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner; as well as several cafe classics and an extensive wine and cheese list. All of the tables are outdoors, though most of them are covered by an awning. The service is fast and friendly and the space is perfect for people watching along the promenade. Free parking is available in the garages throughout the city and metered parking is just around the corner.
