R + D Kitchen

R & D Kitchen has been in the neighborhood since 2008 and has quickly become a Montana Avenue staple. Their dishes are the epitome of California classic cuisine, serving a variety of salads, sandwiches and burgers.  R & D is a large, dimly lit restaurant, decorated in black and red, with a large front window that opens out to Montana Ave. They are also the only full service bar on this side of Montana Avenue, with a a impressive selection of wine, draft beer, and cocktails. They can even make you mixed cases of wine to go. On weekends they serve brunch  and have special $5 on Bloody Mary's and mimosas.
