Today, the Lobster sits on Ocean Ave. where it was founded in 1923, next door to the Santa Monica Pier entrance. Lobster, oyster and shellfish are the specialties here. The restaurant boasts a "happiest hour" when customers can order lobster corn dogs, white shrimp cocktail and crispy calamari. There is indoor dining surrounding a full bar and kitchen, as well as seats available on the deck facing the ocean. Reservations are suggested.
