The Broad Stage is the main attraction at the Santa Monica College Performing Arts Center - a.k.a the Madison Campus.More Since opening in 2008, the 499-seat venue has hosted performances from local ensembles (the Santa Monica Symphony Orchestra) to international acts (dancer Mikhail Baryshnikov). The center also partners with the city of Santa Monica for community gatherings.

Located just a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium has hosted the Academy Awards (fromMore 1961 - 68); concerts by Bob Dylan, Lenny Kravitz and other music legends; and countless exhibitions and trade shows. "The Civic," as it's commonly known, is also home to the Santa Monica Symphony. It features a 27,168-square-foot exhibit space and has a seating capacity of 3,000; the indoor facility can hold a maximum of 149 booths, while an additional 101 booths can be accommodated with tents on the front lawn and east and west patios.

The Sgi-Usa World Culture Center is an auditorium that hosts various events. The venue is owned by Soka GakkaiMore International - USA, a Buddhist organization headquartered across the street. Buddhist events and services take place here, as well as concerts and other cultural gatherings. Many nonprofit organizations have used the facility, including the Santa Monica Symphony, and entry is always free. Parking is conveniently located underneath the building or across the street at the SGI Plaza.
