Edward Pellegrini, Neighbor

Edward Pellegrini lives at the beach in Santa Monica. I write about Wellness and food at Cucinasantamonica.com. This came about because I have two sets of friends; athletes, whose idea of a really wild evening is sipping half a light beer and going to bed at 9 o'clock so they can do an Ironman the next day. Then there are my foodie friends, who don't like exercise, love food and drink in excess. I love both sets of friends, but how to combine the best of both worlds? And that is the task at hand at the Cucina Santa Monica--great food that is health supportive.  And fear not foodies, it can be done! Edward
